The staff at Coop Funeral care in Kirkintilloch supported our family tremendously when our daughter passed away in July. As a team they made sure that the day went smoothly and her last wishes were acknowledged. We are very appreciative of the professional service provided.

First class service from our first interaction with the staff until the final committal. As a family we wanted to do the very best thing for our father as this would be the last thing we would do for him - it seemed that staff at Kirkintilloch knew what we wanted before we asked for it. They made it all very easy, tranquil and dignified. Exactly what we wanted.
Several special touches were noticed by us, particularly from Veronica. On the day of the funeral we were overwhelmed by the manner in which all the team conducted themselves and gave our Dad the send off he wanted.
5 stars does not seem sufficient.

We contacted Co-op as our relative had a pre-paid Funeral Plan.  Everything was taken care of very smoothly and sympathetically and we were very grateful for their assistance.  The Funeral Director and all the staff at the Kirkintilloch Branch were very professional and extremely helpful.

It was very frustrating and make us very disappointed that the repatriation team did absolutely nothing. They did not respect our feeling, had no compassion. It is unacceptable that there was no date for the repatriation of our son's ashes within more than 3 weeks.  Finally we had to solve it.....also the cremation did not go well. always just finding excuses why not done in time.... very, very very poor service for extremely huge expense....
