I can’t thank all of the staff enough for their help and support when my Dad passed away. I dealt mainly with Susan and she was so patient and extremely helpful- nothing was too much trouble.
My Dad had a lovely send off- thank you to everyone.

The service we received from Neil and Susan at Co-Op Funeral Care in Kirkintilloch was excellent. They were extremely kind, understanding and helpful. They explained what would happen before, during and after the funeral, phoning to update us and check everything was ok. They helped us each step of the way and we felt we were in safe and caring hands. I would highly recommend.

Overall it was a great service. 
I do think that asking for half of the bill to be paid before the actual funeral is harsh, it’s as if you are not trustworthy. I had to borrow the money from a friend because my dads life insurance was not being paid out till after his funeral. This put extra stress on me at a very hard time. I also found out that if I had gone to one of your other branches in a different area I would have gotten the funeral at a cheaper price, to me that’s terrible it should be the same price across the board no matter where you live. 
Overall the service I received was great the staff were really helpful and did a great job

From my initial cold calling to their offices in Kirkintilloch I was treated with compassion and dignity. All available services were explained to me with no hidden costs to meet at a later date. In all, I had dealings with five staff in total, ranging from my first meeting to the funeral itself. All in my opinion showed a high degree of professionalism and the service provided to me was faultless.
