The co-op was very professional and courteous . We had a direct cremation and Susan talked us through what it meant. Due to Muriel’s wishes it was perfect. Susan delivered the ashes back to us at the house when it was all over.
I would definitely recommend the Co-op for their service.

On behalf of our family may I take this opportunity to thank the team at Co-op Funeral Care for their professionalism and sensitivity shown during such a traumatic time for us all. The team at Kirkintilloch, led by Neil, couldn't be any more helpful or courteous over the last few weeks and managed to alleviate all outside stresses which normally surround such an occasion. We are extremely grateful for their help and assistance, it is so greatly appreciated.

I have sent an email about all of the issues I was unhappy with. Basically lack of guidance, confusion, getting things wrong, not listening to me, deadlines not met. Nothing major but essentially a complete lack of care. Not at all what was expected and very disappointing

I felt from the moment I walked in the front door I was going to be in safe hands.Both Neil and Susan put me at ease right away with a mixture of caring and understanding.There was never any pressure on me to make decisions about anything before I was ready.The way the staff made the whole journey all about Kathryn was also a way of making it easier for me.The way everything was handled from start to finish was totally professional.I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

Care was excellent at co-op funeral care Kirkintilloch. Mostly I dealt with Susan who sorted everything for my brother's funeral and made it easier for myself at such a sad time and on the day Neil saw that it all went well thanks to them for the kindness and care at this time.

From the first meeting we knew we were in calm, caring hands. We were guided through each step and the attention to detail - down to a very specific shade for the flowers, and arranging for an organist who would also lend his lovely tenor voice to the singing - was impressive.
Our mother could not have had a more beautiful or more dignified send-off.
