Susan was really great, she was very professional and she was also very caring and listened to us so we always left feeling good about our choices etc for my mum I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. 
The only negative I have is about how my mum looked when we went to see her, she didn’t look right and it was very upsetting.

We used the services of Kirkintilloch co-op as per the wishes of my wife’s mother and we are absolutely delighted that we did. From the first visit to them they went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after and more importantly our loved one. Their professionalism was immense and kept us updated throughout our wait until funeral day. The staff we interacted with Lyndsay, Veronica and Susan were a tremendous support to our family at a difficult time with perfect sensitivity and comfort as we went along. So to them and everyone who cared for my wife’s mother and us as a family we are indebted for all you provided. You are all a credit to your organisation.

Can’t fault the service at all. Office staff were amazing by keeping us informed and coordinating everything. 
The driver, the director and all the other staff involved were fantastic. Efficient and courteous and sympathetic in the right measures.

We were so pleased with the service we received from Kirkintilloch Funeral Care when we were arranging our aunt‘s funeral.
All the staff were extremely helpful , guiding us through each stage of the arrangements and also very much keeping in touch to ensure that everything was as we wanted it to be.

From when we walked in the front door the staff were fantastic. No waiting around told us all we needed to know what happens next. On the lead up staff were good at communicating with us and helping us get what we wanted. Their help, guidance and support was appreciated. Before the service they called to make sure everything was in order and go through the order of the day. On the day again all the staff were great. I would definitely recommend them.
