I cannot praise the Kilmarnock Co-op Funeral staff enough. They were excellent in all respects. They truly went the extra mile to make sure that we got everything we wanted to give my Dad the best send off. Thanks to Alan and Janice for all they did to make this difficult time so much easier for the family.

All of the staff were amazing and did everything to help and put the family at ease.
My only comments would be that the Co Op need to consider the modern environment and have better IT facilities to help families stream photos on a TV in the parlour and also Zoom facilities for family to interact with the service if in another country.

Janice helped us with all arrangements and was friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate throughout. Alan was excellent on the day and eased the pressure for us. Funeral was definitely tailor made to what we wanted. Craig was fantastic throughout the service, putting into words exactly what we would have wanted to say. Everyone truly professional throughout who made a painful and sad day more bearable and even helped us to smile and laugh again. Thank you ❤️
