Staff were lovely , very sincere , kind , and respectful they gave very good advice with helping arrange our fathers funeral .
The only thing that let us down as a family , my husband , brother-in-law , brother , nephews and my son-in-law were to carry my fathers coffin into the crematorium , and although they were very apologetic the staff forgot and brought my dad in so the last act for my father was taken away from them as it was too late .
We accepted the apology give as they recognised the mistake  but it was too late and couldn’t be rectified I am disappointed for my nephew who flew all the way from Canada and the other nephew from Norway but we would still like to thank all staff involved for helping my family through this very sad and difficult time

They were absolutely brilliant, from start to finish, kept us updated on everything and helped us through a hard time! 

Alan and Janice were absolutely amazing, they also recommended us Drew to read out the eulogy, definitely managed to perfectly give my son a great send off.

Excellent service from start to finish, the undertakers Alan and Craig at Kilmarnock funeral services were so helpful and met all our needs. I must say hats off to the co-op was the best funeral I have been too, the celebrant was also fantastic Drew Brady was recommended by the co-op after speaking to us for a short time they knew what we wanted.. I highly recommend Co-op funeral service
