The services we received from Co-op Funeral care were excellent, in all areas. The staff were so kind , compassionate and helpful and made everything as smooth and easy for us as possible. It was greatly appreciated by the family and we thank them all.

Very good with absolutely everything. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them. Never at any time did I feel that it was just a process to them.

It was very upsetting for most of us all who attended ,and hearing the speeches their by Bill and Alex, uplifted us.

The Bouquet's and flour display's
did appeal to the Grave well, Not forgetting All you Guy's who performed Well ,a Great Thank You , from Me Especially .

Very courteous and respectful. Karen allowed me to sit with Moira in the funeral parlour for quite a while and I really appreciated that.

The reason for the average review is that there was more attention to the packages that were being offered and all the add on’s. I felt there should be one package that gives all is and if you want to upgrade you can.It was more a sales pitch than a funeral arrangement.The level of customer service was not what I expected as I had to call several times to find out what I was to to as there no contact from the funeral parlour themselves.At a time when grieving this is the last thing you need.

Janice was so helpful from the fist phone call. Everything went really smoothly and although the deceased did not have any family, her friend was delighted with everything at the funeral especially the chosen coffin and the flowers which she said were everything the deceased would have wanted. All in all a great service.

You have two wonderful employees Alan and Janice really care about the family and not just the person in their care with compassion and dignity to a level that is outstanding. It really shows that it is not just a job to them they both take you by the hand and lead you through the whole process flawlessly especially at a time when you are grieving, you really need people to answer the questions they have probably heard a million times, like its the first time they have heard it. I know I am very pleased i had them helping me with my mothers funeral because they took all the stress and worry away. They are definitely a huge asset to your company, I will never forget the kind words that Alan said to me at this truly emotional time. I honestly can't thank them enough.
