The staff were both professional and caring, and clearly wanted to make the service as perfect as we did. The service provided by Co-op Funeralcare was excellent. From my initial contact with the funeral arranger to the staff on the day, everyone was so kind and compassionate. My uncle’s funeral went without a hitch on the day. I would definitely recommend.

From 1st visit, Janice made me feel relaxed and comfortable, able to speak freely..Having no previous input in arranging a funeral, to doing this one with little family support, I felt much easier than I thought i would.
Janice arranged a Celebrant and with that, done a fabulous job, our celebrant was fantastic...Janice is very professional and very personal at the same time, does an excellent job. Funeral director also very professional and couldn't do enough for us on the day.... 100% satisfied with our whole experience with

From my first visit to the Coop Funeral Parlour in Kilmarnock, the staff couldn't have been nicer and very hepful. They organized a lovely Funeral Service for my late Husband. Couldn't fault a thing.

From the 1st initial contact to planning the service with Janice was all done to a very high standard she helped us through the difficult decisions that we had to make ,Janice's help was second to none nothing being a problem to her.

The funeral day itself was made alot easier with Alan who also went that wee bit extra to make sure that everything went to plan.

For someone who had not organised or been involved with planning a funeral the help and assistance i recieved was excellent and would recommend Co-op Funeralcare to anyone who needed to appoint someone to arrange a funeral
