Sadly couldn’t say goodbye and because we chose a direct cremation due to lack of family attending wasn’t even able to find out whether mum was cremated in the morning or afternoon.  So really no idea how she was treated.  Very difficult time for us as hard to Believe she has gone.  Had no intention of turning up at the crematorium.    Feel very let down
