Lovely staff! The whole experience from start to finish was dealt with empathy compassion and dignity and I cannot fault them in any way! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Perfect from the minute I walked in the door ! I had every detail planned in my head, all I had to do was say what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. What made things easier for me was Elaine was so open to any suggestion. My son and I felt so calm when we left there knowing it was going to be the most perfect service we as a family could give Andi . Thank you all so much .

Thought everything was easy, but didn't get informed of the actual date of cremation as promised (simple cremation). This caused sadness for the family as we all would liked to have known even though there was no formal service. Then found out that it could be up to 21 working days before the ashes might be returned. This hadn't been explained in conversation and resulted in me arranging collection direct from the crematorium myself, as the family had planned a gettogether (some traveling from abroad) to scatter the ashes inside this time limit.

Any loss of a loved one is terrible but the help that whole team gave us was amazing ,frim the hardest first call to inform the co-op that mum had sadly pass away they were absolutely brilliant, the call handler was professional and sincer they organised the local transport team which again were very professional and curitous they looked after mum first and then they looked after us .After a few days we had a lovley chat with Leanne and she helped us with mums wishes all the options that was correct for us she also contracted the insurance company that mum had an was to assist with the cost. On the day the robin and his team arrived on time and the cars were walked out of mums street with robin at the front top hat and cane a reel touch of old time class. The ceremony ar the local crematorium was first class Teresa the celebrant was amazing bring the lifestory of mum to life with her words . We were then whisked to make a stop then to the funeral tea . A courtesy call a few days later was a nice touch. A big thanks from our family to the entire team at co-op funeral care.

The dignity and respect that you provided for my mother was exceptional. We could not be more pleased with the arrangements and how they were conducted. From collecting my mother and preparing her to be layed out, so we could say our last goodbyes. To helping us chose a celebrant who would deliver the type of service my mother would have loved, every last detail was carefully considered.

My wife, myself and our family will be forever grateful for all of your efforts at what was a difficult and emotional time.
