My experience in dealing with the extremely sad occasion was a lot less stressful than  I  had anticipated. This was largely due to the  patience, kindness and understanding of all the staff I worked with.  The funeral was planned perfectly together with  flexibility if needed. Many guests were impressed with the celebration and  photographs during the service. The result more than exceeded my expectations. Many people have since  told me that the service will add to the happy memories they already have of Heidi. My  family believe that the celebration   ‘did her proud,’ and for that I am very grateful.

A difficult time was dealt with sensitively and efficiently. The photo tribute was beautifully presented and I felt my dear mum would have been pleased with everything. At no time was I hurried and everyone I encountered at O'Hara's was lovely. I have to mention Anthony who was my first and last point of contact who was brilliant throughout. I would definitely recommend this Funeral Director.

I don't often leave reviews however the service provided by Nicolas O'Hara was truly exceptional. After our beloved husband/father passed away we contacted O'Haras and Anthony came out to see us the same day. From the moment he first visited the service was friendly, sympathetic and we felt reassured that nothing would be too much trouble. In particular some really nice touches were the plaque chosen for the coffin and Anthony managing to find the theme music from the film "Convoy" which had caused us some problems in locating. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicolas O'Hara to anyone.
