From the very first phone call I felt totally at ease and comfortable. Whilst everything was handled in a very efficient way it was also handled extremely sympathically for which I was extremely grateful. All worries concerning the funeral arrangements were taken out of my hands and this carried right the way through the actual funeral itself. Regular contact was made with me to ensure that everything was in line with my requests. I cannot praise all the staff at Nicolas O'Hara enough. When my Dad died I was left completely numb and they immediated stepped in and made the whole process proceed extremely smoothly.

First Class service from beginning to end. Chris was amazing and the way we were treated during such a very difficult time was sensitive compassionate and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and their motto "our family are there for your family" could not be more true. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be treated as a name and not just a number. Little extra things they did made a huge difference and made u realise that they really care about what they do.

The help, compassion and attention to detail received during the preparation and planning of Roger's funeral was second to none, really excellent.  The detail and professionalism on the day of the funeral was fantastic and we knew that the day would proceed seamlessly as a result of the attention to detail shown by Kerry at all times, Kerry was excellent and we would recommend the services of Nicholas O'Hara funeral directors to anyone needing such a service.

Nicholas O'Hara  made the whole funeral process as painless as possible. 
Friendly,  sympathetic,  yet utterly professional at all times. 
Nothing was too much trouble.
The service went very well and many guests were very complimentary,  especially impressed with the warmth and kind words from Chris the celebrant  !. A beautiful send off for our mum.

Made organising a funeral long distance easy. Very professional, personal and supportive including phone calls checking that I was OK & didn't have any questions & assuring me all was done their end. All ran very smoothly on the day, a friendly & caring staff. The funeral celebrant was excellent, made it a very personal service & you wouldn't have known that he didn't know the deceased. 
A sad occasion made bearable.

I cannot fault anything about this very professionally run company. Chris who dealt with my Grandfsthers funeral was an absolute star who made the whole process so easy. I would recommend O'Hara to anyone who wishes the best for a deceased relative. Thank you for making something so sad a positive ending.

Nick and his team could not have been kinder with organising and preparing us all for mums funeral. She was treated with the dignity and send off she thoroughly deserved. Although it was a difficult time we were treated with nothing but kindness, patience and thorough professionalism from start to finish and beyond. We all feel she would have been proud of her send off as she was with dear dads almost six years ago.Thank you

Kerry was our funeral director who was totally amazing . She treated my daughter with the utmost respect and went out of her way to help us in any way she could . I can highly recommend Kerry and should I pass in the near future I want to be taken to Nicolas Ohara even though I live in Kent .

The O'Hara "Our family is here for your family" motto could not be more appropriate. When we suffer a loss to experience such warm, professional support is truly appreciated. All those with whom we were in contact felt just like an extension to our family during a period that can so often be a cold, isolated experience. Aunt Margaret's service was a joyous occasion, as was our Mothers', less than a year ago - O'Hara's staff are "gifted"

My choice of O'Haras was initially because they were the only ones to answer the phone, personally, rather than a machine, on a Saturday evening, when my mother had passed at home. They arrived within an hour to collect mum and from the outset were kind, thoughtful, respectful and, above all, very efficient and helpful. On my visits to their premises, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and relaxed I was made to feel and was always confident that they would look after mum in the way I would wish and that the funeral would be conducted exactly as we wished. I will definitely ask them to look after my family in the future, though hopefully not too soon.

We found everyone at Nicolas O'hara Funeral Directors to be extremely professional, but did this in a way that way that was totally sympathetic and caring.

Nothing was too much trouble and communication was exemplary. We were kept informed at every step.

They made, what could be a very stressful time for all of us, a very stress free and easy process which meant we could focus on other priorities.
