The service we were given was perfect, we were treated with dignity at all times and felt Dad was in safe hands too, nothing was too much trouble, and Sarah was most helpful when my brain wasn’t  remembering things . Thankyou All

I can not speak highly enough of the care we received for my father in law. The team who came to collect him on the day he died were kind, caring and respectful whilst still being relaxed and friendly. I was delighted to see one of them again when I returned to visit my Father in law. Care had been taken to dress him as we had asked and he looked peaceful and restful which was very reassuring, ( I believe his name was Dave but I could be wrong apologies if so). 
On the day of the funeral we had problems playing some recorded music in the church, ( not the Co-ops job) this was very upsetting for my mother in law! I was so worried but Dawn kindly stepped in and arranged for it to be played at the crematorium. I cannot thank her enough for her calmness and reminder to just take a breath, she is amazing.

The funeral staff in the Weymouth Branch have been so compassionate and kind, we cannot fault the service we have received. Sarah, Michelle, Hayley and the team were professional and kept us informed all the way up to and beyond the funeral. The willow basket coffin, country spray and garland flowers were beautiful and so was the service. We would highly recommend the co op and cannot thank them enough.

Only stressful time when i wasn't called back when told as i was back in Birmingham. Then papers were to be sent to Boldmere Road and was not for me to sign Boldmere Road had to chase up. Staff i got used to were sick which could not be helped. Mix up with regerstrating my Uncle you were doing it then my Uncles Solicitor but it finally was done. And Dawn who attended made up for all the small errors but sad and stressful at the time. Perfect ending from all of you and Sarah who helped me plan the Funeral in your office was brilliant as was Dawn only two i really met...Now just sorting to get my Uncles Ashes to Birmingham. Thank You All

 Very pleased with a very soft approach from Sarah, very helpful and always kept in touch. The funeral director Hayley was also very good keeping in touch right up to the day.
The only thing I would say I had a bit of a dilemma with 7 people for the car which I know we had for my brothers funeral as 1 sat in the front. I asked twice but was only told 6, so I made other arrangements for 2, yet on the day Hayley said I could have 7 ?  But all round there was no stress and Mum had a good send off.

Staff at your Weymouth branch were very professional, helpful, and really made us feel at ease.
Arranging the funeral of my Dad seemed impossible to face but with the help of Dawn things were easier.
We were kept informed of every step .
The funeral its self went very smoothly and everything was arranged just as my Dad wanted.

The team at the Weymouth branch were very helpful and should great understanding and compassion. However there were fundamental errors in the Order of Service which although were prove read and corrected in the end resulted in a lot of stress so close to the funeral.
