We don't really have words for how amazing the care and support we received from Sarah, Morten and the team was. From the moment we first called them we were looked after beautifully. The care was really personal and they even suggested things that we wouldn't have thought of such as a personalised route to the Crematorium. Their service before, during and after the funeral was superlative and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Sara was so kind and also asked if I wanted a lock of dad's hair and a finger print. Unfortunately when mum died a year and a few months ago I was never offered this. I also received a brochure hand delivered. All in all Sara was exceptional in helping me at this difficult moment

My sister and myself were looked after by Sarah. From the outset she showed us care and compassion and was always totally respectful.
We had full confidence that this would continue with the rest of the Co-Op staff and in the caring of our dear Mum.
Sarah kept us fully informed throughout the lead up to the funeral service and made sure there was always someone there to answer any questions and to support us should we need it even when she was away.

We had contact with Kate, Dawn, Hayley and Sarah.  Who all went above and beyond to help both my dad and me.  Dawn even dropped my dad home after his first visit to see my mum.

I found Kate, the Funeral director to be very helpful and empathetic. She kept me up to date on everything that was done and emailed me to make sure I was happy with the wording of the notice for the newspaper and order of service  etc.  

During such a difficult time, when I could not seem to think straight and make such difficult decisions on the funeral, Kate explained things to help make the process easier. 

I also found the rest of the staff that I met to be friendly and courteous.

The Funeral Director was very polite and professional did everything to meet requirements, Hayliegh and staff were very helpful along the way. The paperwork and communication with bank was a little stressful which was due to a compliment slip opposed to headed paper but overall all polite and pry and caring at a time of need and would happy recommend Many Thanks ..

I have no hesitation to submit excellent to Sarah and all staff after the excellent professional service given at this sad occasion in my life and respect given was just what I would like to think you would receive and this I did and more.Sarah,s help was Very much appreciated . from coffin choices, flowers
Photos,and choice of songs.my friend's in attendance said it was the best the had attended.The food supplied at The granby of Marquis was plentiful and Justin was very accomodating.Alan the limousine Driver took a slight detour to view one of my late wife's views she so loved.Thank you the coop highly recommend.Dave

If one could actually say that a funeral could be brilliant then that was it. My wishes which would have been Jane's wishes were followed to the letter, with this being so helped me to relax, I was obviously still sad but the approach, care and professional were of the highest standard. It was all I asked and thankyou all so much.
