Sarah was very supportive, & explained all the different types of funeral plans available. Wasn't rushed into any decision. Rob brought my husband ashes to my home was very kind, and thoughtful to my emotions.

We had to wait when we first contacted the undertaker, and had to arrange another time. When we went back the second time, and we were looked after.

The funeral ran smoothly and everyone was helpful.

I cannot praise the funeral home enough. My mum passed away on the 1st Sept and they collected her on the same day, the gentleman that came, I'm sorry I cant remember their names but handled mum with loving care and dignity for that I am really grateful. They left a flower on the bed which I thought was such a lovely touch.
Sarah came out to see the family on 2nd,ting she was so lovely and caring, and organised everything for us. I had to go in and make another visit to just confirm everything and again this was handled really professionally.
Sarah chose a celebrant named Sally Holland, and we couldn't have wished for a nicer, kinder lady.
Everyone that was involved were so professional, even the driver asked if there was anything he could do to make it more bearable.
The funeral itself was perfect as it could be, it was just as mum would have wanted.
I have had follow up phone calls to check on me, which again I thought was really caring.
I would highly recommend them.

I can not praise the staff enough at the Weymouth branch. All were very kind and sympathetic towards my grief of losing my dear Mum.
They all took care of what I wanted for the day in question and the post funeral tidying up with Mums ashes and processions was dealt with respect.

Efficient, respectful, courteous staff. Nothing was too much trouble - even last minute changes were swiftly acted on. Dad had the beautiful send-off he deserved. Every detail was checked with us every step of the way so we always knew what was happening and yet we were still in charge. They even checked up on us a few days after the service to ask how we were.
