From start to finish, Vicky was amazing, supporting us through all of the arrangements and recommending the perfect Officiant.  On the day of the funeral, all of the staff were fantastic and I can’t speak highly enough of them. They supported us fantastically and every detail was taken care of.

This is such a sad and difficult time but they made it very easy. They are very comforting and understanding of your needs. My father was cremated by them so my mum wanted to be as well. I’m glad she chose this long trusted funeral directors

I want to say how brilliant Hayley, Jackie, Tracey and Katie were (Poole, Broadstone, Parkstone and Weymouth), as they all helped with the funeral preparation of my partner. He was only 58 and the sensitivity and support they provided me, guiding me through the process from the beginning to well after the funeral has made the whole process so much more bearable.

Hayley had a complete understanding of the type of funeral I wanted and was able to suggest a celebrant who was absolutely perfect. The guidance with the planning was so helpful and made the day a day to remember and celebrate my partners life despite it being such a sad occasion.

I cannot thank them all enough for their support and help and would definitely recommend them.

I was very impressed with how Dad's funeral went. It was professionally & sensitively handled from beginning to end.
Despite HJ Cole having to close due to Covid there was still continuity of care, & I was kept informed at every stage.
