Hannah was amazing and so very supportive and helpful. Tracy who led the service with David Hodson officiating were amazing on the day. They made my mums next transition go smoothly. The service was all I could of wished for.

Mum's funeral went so well, it was undertaken with empathy, compassion and dignity. Everyone we met with and had dealings with were caring, efficient and professional. Everything from Mum being collected from her nursing home to the funeral service itself was exemplary.
Everything they said they would do they did.

The photo, music and speech were all presented very nicely.  I was pleased to see that Poole Crematorium is nicely lit now as when I have been before I remember it being very dark which can be quite depressing.  There was some mix-up with my name but that was sorted eventually.

Charlotte was very sensitive and calm at a very difficult time. She coped well with the pressures of organising a quick funeral. She was able to tell me who to contact and what I needed in terms of the paperwork. She kept me fully informed by phone. And explained what would happen at each stage. She made no promises to us that she could not deliver and liaised well with the church and vicar and called us when mum's ashes had been returned. Then organised Poole council for interment of ashes.
