From the very beginning, we had nothing but considerate and sympathetic care from the co-op staff.  They consulted us on how we wanted the day of the funeral to go and how they could help.  It was a family-led funeral and the co-op staff on the day - Tracy and Bradley (as well as the driver of the hearse whose name I don’t know) played a supportive and helpful rôle.  I would recommend co-op funeralcare to anyone.

Funeral Directors Tracey and Hannah of Parkstone Funeral Care were really fantastic in organising the recent funeral of Hazel. From the moment I entered their premises, I was met with sympathy and understanding. Hannah understood completely what I really wanted for my sister and made all the arrangements quickly and competently. On the day of the funeral, Tracey quietly and sympathetically directed us as to what would happen, all went very well indeed, and we left feeling it had been a sad but lovely occasion. Thank you Tracey and Hannah, you are super stars!

The staff made what was a hard time for me and my family as dignified as possible. There patience and understanding helped enormously, they talked us through everything making it possible for us to make the right decisions. I wish to thank all of the team members at the Co-op Funeral Care in Parkstone, especially Hannah who guided us through the process in a caring, compassionate and professional manner.



Also, thanks to Tracy for the arrangement of the hearse & limousine and also for guiding us through the service.



From the start of the process to the call I received on Monday morning to ask how things went with the cremation, I cannot find a single aspect that wasn’t first class.



Our family really appreciates the support you gave us, it was exceptional.



We’re also indebted to Hannah for recommending Stewart Russell to lead the service; what a lovely man he is.



He took time to visit us before the funeral and stayed for well over an hour, enabling us to provide him with information of Dad’s character and the chapters of his life.



His Eulogy was beautifully delivered, and was the right mix of sufficient somber content but also informal, jovial elements too. He interpreted our brief impeccably and made such an event so poignant.


Finally, thanks for today with the handover of dad's ashes. I wasn't expecting there to be as much as there was, and the stories from Hannah and the other client regarding their scatterings were slightly amusing and lifted my mood.
