All of the staff from The Lawns were extremely professional, considerate and friendly.  They were very accommodating in arranging our viewing and gave us all the time we needed.  Tracey, Hannah and Jodie all worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran according to plan from the very  first visit to the day of the funeral itself.  We would have no hesitation in recommending The Lawns to anyone.

We had used Co-op Funeralcare before and once again they were absolutely brilliant. From upfrom orginsation by Hannah to the actual funeral by Tracey I really could not fault them. Sympathetic yet professional. Hopefully I don't want to use them too often, but if I need to again then I Parkstone Co-op Funeralcare would be my first choice.

At such a difficult time for the family, the staff were very understanding of our needs and requirements. They supported us every step of the way. Very professional but sympathetic, taking their time to go through the whole thing ( and providing a much needed cup of tea!).The service went off smoothly and was exactly as we had planned.This was followed up the next day with a courtesy call which we thought was respectful and caring.
