Jackie was extremely helpful and caring. The only reason I have not scored excellent, is I didn’t the difference between the basic package and bespoke was fully explained, only after agreeing the basic package did we find out what was not included

We absolutely couldn’t have done this without the support of AH Griffin. Jackie the co ordinator was amazing, the right level of respect, caring and empathy. She kept us fully updated on what was happening and called just to check in with us. Jackie is a real asset to the company.  Steve Moxam the funeral director and his team did a fantastic job on the day and John Taylor the celebrant delivered an beautiful and moving eulogy. I can’t rate the team at AH Griffin highly enough.  Thank you all

Very helpful especially when offering advice on types of funerals offered. We required a very simple cremation without attendance, followed by receipt of the ashes for our personal disposal.
Our request was completed without any issues.

At the sadest time of our lives Jackie and the team linked to Griffin's Broadstone were incredible. Each aspect of the arrangements were handled with respect and empathy. 2 stand out points,Jackie standing on the pavement as we passed with the hearse and Hayley telling me she had taken a red rose from our wreath and given to dad.
David gave a memorable service managing to make us smile through the tears.

Several of the family had travelled from Winchester and Plymouth and have said their experience of a Dorset funeral was a memorable occasion.
