Every thing arranged by the co-op was exemplary every step of the way.

Staff could not have been kinder they were knowledgable, offered sound advice and most of all made us feel confident all would be well on the day.

Then when the day arrived both mum and ourselves were treated with such great kindness and respect I cannot thank everyone enough they made a sad day so much more bearable.

I was very surprised to receive outstanding service and care from all staff I encountered for my husband's funeral. Poor ratings seem to be connected to prepaid funeral plans but I cannot speak more highly of the staff from Winton office. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were not faized by the numbers of people who turned up. Staff went out of their way to meet all special requests we had and the bill was exactly as expected.

Made a very difficult situation much easier by the professionalism of all the staff.  They were always kind and considerate and professional.  Everything went smoothly and any small hiccups were resolved immediately also a big thank you to Richard who was just so efficient but in a considered way and ensured my dad was looked after throughout the day - would highly recommend.
