The staff at the Winton branch were very understanding and went through the whole process always making sure we were at ease with the funeral plans for my mother. Nothing was to much trouble and when one of the staff had time off the team from Christchurch made sure we were supported all the way The funeral went well and all the staff showed great respect.I would happily recommend the Co-op funeralcare team to anyone .
