From the moment we walked in the door we received a professional service but with kindness and understanding, nothing was too much trouble. The funeral being immediately after the Jubilee weekend meant that printing of the Order of Service and other arrangements had to be finalised quite quickly but having said that we were never rushed and Shelley always made sure that we were happy with the arrangements. Our daughter's funeral was beautiful and everything she had requested. Thank you to Shelley and all the other members of staff that made this possible.

Lauren and Shelley were amazing in helping me organise this funeral, understanding of the unusual position I was in as not his family. Told me very simply what i needed to do step-by-step. 
Funeral itself was just what Paul would have wanted. 
Have used co-op funeral care in southbourne before and will again 10/10
