We received excellent service, help and support in the arrangement of my father’s funeral. We needed help and guidance which we were given at each stage of the process and it was given with sensitivity and sincerity. We all felt great gratitude to the staff we dealt with.

Shelley and Emma at the Southbourne branch made the whole process feel personal and Linda's comforting presence at the funeral itself was so much appreciated. This is the third funeral with the Coop and it felt like they were part of the family sharing in the grief. Everything was so well organised and thoughtful. The office staff, Emma and Shelley were very efficient and empathetic and went out of their way to give Amanda the Funeral she deserved and the one she would have wished for. The Funeral Director on the day Linda was very professional and made sure everything went to plan on the day. Brilliant service.

Emma and Shelley were very friendluy and helpful at Southbourne Co-operative. Nothing was too much trouble, and they followed up with regular calls. On the day of the service, Steve was extremely professional and efficient as were all the other members of staff. He carried out his role with pride and made sure that everything ran smoothly.
