We received excellent service, help and support in the arrangement of my father’s funeral. We needed help and guidance which we were given at each stage of the process and it was given with sensitivity and sincerity. We all felt great gratitude to the staff we dealt with.

Shelley and Emma at the Southbourne branch made the whole process feel personal and Linda's comforting presence at the funeral itself was so much appreciated. This is the third funeral with the Coop and it felt like they were part of the family sharing in the grief. Everything was so well organised and thoughtful. I would like to thank everyone for helping me through this very difficult time.
