Kate Parsons-Holmes and her team were simply amazing.  I couldn’t have got through the past few weeks without Kates compassion, thoughtfulness, inspiration and kindness.  Nothing was too much trouble for her (not even difficult step-kids) and she managed to pick me up and make me smile even in such impossible circumstances.  She is a precious asset to your company and I will forever be indebted to her for her friendly and yet professional and personal touches that helped me to give my Husband a perfect ‘bespoke’ send-off.  Thank you just isn’t enough.

I would like to say that Dominique in Horsham and  Wendy in Torquay were very helpful, kind and caring with regard to planning, organising and finding the appropriate celebrant for my Mums funeral . Everything was very sensitively handled at long distance.  I highly recommend planning a funeral through the Co-Op.

The co-op were very helpful from start to finish. They took our ideas on board and created a beautiful, respectful presentation for the ceremony in their chapel.

They left no stone unturned to ensure everything was tasteful and the attention to detail was fantastic.

I can't praise Co-op funeral Care Torquay highly enough.

Michael was caring and considerate throughout and took time to find out about my late husband in order to recommend a Celebrant who would be most suitable to conduct the service.

The funeral went off without a hitch and it was as if the Celebrant, Paul, had known my husband personally. Everyone who attended and knew my husband said it was the best funeral they had attended.
