Funeral Director Gary Watson and Celebrant Charles Russell were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Covering every detail. You helped to give my Mum such a lovely, loving and dignified farewell. Everything went so smoothly, like clockwork but in a gentle slow time. You are a credit to yourselves and to the Funeral Company. I cannot thank you both enough for all that you did. In supporting me when I needed it and the respect shown to my Mum. She was in safe hands as was I. Thank you

If I could give a rating of 20 out of 10 I would.  At an extremely difficult and emotional time for me, all the staff at the Torquay Funeral Parlour were kind, patient, compassionate and went above and beyond to help me.  They listened (and heard) the wishes my dear Mother had set out for her funeral and ensured every single request she made was met. There were phone calls to check I was emotionally feeling ok before and following the funeral.
I truly felt that my Mothers farewell was the best that it could be and can’t thank the the staff enough.

Wonderful service. We were looked after all the way.  Gary was very comforting and caring. He arranged everything for us and made us feel assured everything was taken care of.  And Charles the Celebrant was amazing, and very caring.  It was a lovely service. Very personal just the way we wanted it.
