Staff were at all times very kind and considerate. They ensured that the funeral went ahead as planned, and without a hitch. They helped us through the most difficult of times, and we cannot thank or praise them enough.

Gary and the team were amazing! Trying to arrange a funeral from 200 miles away was definitely a challenge, but these guys made everything so easy. Any issues we had, they were there to help and advise.
Would definitely recommend the torquay team to anyone!

I would like to thank the cooperative funeral service for its excellent and professional way they conducted the funeral for my late wife Vickie.
I was very nervous, and very sad, at the forthcoming arrangements that needed to be done. I must thank Paula who greatly put my mind at rest explaining the procedures which needed to be done. She put me at ease explaining the details reassuring me what needed to be done.
I should also like to think Michelle Parfitt for the excellent way she professionally put the service together in a way it was pleasant and celebrated vickie's Life.

From begini g to end, the Co op were wonderful, kind, compassionate, professional. There are not enough words to describe. Every single person involved treated mum with dignity and respect. Even matching their neckwear to the colour of mums flowers. I cannot thank them enough.

I was impressed with the care and respect with which they treated my mother. This extended to them making many detailed suggestions I hadn't thought for her care.


Although a couple of things did go wrong, the co-op were very clear and honest about everything and worked hard to put them right.

The whole service in the chapel was amazing. Gary Watson and Julie Chudleigh were very professional. I would highly recommend Coop Funeral care . It was so good that myself and my wife are booking our own funeral plans.

Gary and the team did a wonderful job arranging an early date for Mum's funeral. Being held at Moorview chapel there was no time constraint on the length of service and everything went smoothly.

Phoebe who took care of my mums funeral, was absolutely lovely so kind and caring throughout this difficult time. So much so she rang me every few days, just to check I was ok, made the whole thing easier to deal with and arrange. And I
have no dought that mum was looked after with kindness and respect.

Michelle the celebrant was equally as kind and caring, helping to put together the order of service, thank you for everything.
