When Oliver arranged my beloved Mother's funeral in August I could not have imagined that 2 months later I would need his help to arrange my beloved Father's funeral. As you can imagine this has been the most difficult time of my life but once again Oliver and his team have been with me every step of the way. Oliver arranged everything with the minimum of fuss and great sensitivity. To be able to have the same Vicar made the service so much more personal and the flowers were beautiful. On the day of the funeral Oliver and his team were there to help and support me and my family and I can't thank him enough for helping me through this most difficult time.

Oliver was truly one of the most patient and understanding men I have met and his funeral care cannot be recommended highly enough. Being able to deal with one person throughout the process meant that everything had a very personal touch. He was flexible and understanding with everything I needed; with every part of the process explained clearly and professionally. There was never any rush and he always made sure to make time for me. Even when visiting the office, I was immediately welcomed and he knew me without having to consult papers or ask. This personal knowledge made the pain a little more bearable as I never had to explain myself repeatedly. The funeral was perfectly planned and conducted with true respect and dignity.

Oliver has conducted two family funerals for us now and on both occasions he has been an absolute marvel, it is such a difficult time but Oliver provides wisdom , dignity and gentle direction to ensure that the occasion is all that you would want it to be for your loved one and your friends and family.
Oliver's cortege cars and team are immaculate and reassuring, flowers sourced by Oliver are gorgeous.
