We could not have wished for a better service - Tristan and his team were amazing throughout.  They were respectful, kind and caring, and showed genuine compassion when we were not ourselves.  The loss of our mother hit us hard and we were unable to think clearly but we were guided and supported with gentleness all along the way. We felt completely assured that we were in the hands of professionals, who made everything happen like clockwork.  Superb.

Throughout our first contact with TFC all the staff were professional, compassionate, approachable and knowledgeable. I felt as if I was being given a kind, guiding hand in this process. They listened to what we wanted to do in terms of the funeral service and they made everything happen, keeping us updated throughout. They were always fully respectful of my late father and sorted all arrangements out for the day and for the burial the following day. We couldn't have been happier with the way everything went, from the order of service, through to the funeral and burial. Many thanks to a wonderful team.

The staff at SJ Backwell listened to our requests and nothing was too much trouble, even offering to wear colourful ties when they heard that Mum didn't want us to wear black.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are kind, gentle, thoughtful, down to earth and very efficient.

From start to finish the care and concern shown was excellent. At every stage sound help and advice was provided. On the day of the funeral the Funeral Director was simply exemplary in ensuring every thing went well. An experienced team who where able to provide maximum support when it was most needed.
