I cannot praise the people who work for this company highly enough. Sabine and Sonia go out of their way to make you feel comfortable at a very sad time in your life. Nothing is too much trouble for them and everything we asked of "B" she delivered. We were kept informed of what was happening at every stage of the process.The way everything was explained to us was easy to understand and the service we received was second to none. On the day of the funeral again the way it was dealt with was excellent and we were really put at ease. They even had the bright ties on as we requested bright colours.
Nothing to do with the staff but the only thing we questioned was £900 for one car as the mileage was pretty low. Thanks again for great service "B" and if we ever need to we would definitely recommend you very highly.

Sabine & Sonia were wonderful from the first contact. They were both caring & understanding and made all the family feel that mum was being well looked after at such a difficult time for all of us. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Would highly recommend Northcott brothers. The service they provide is so professional but with a real human touch to guide you through the process. Nothing was too much trouble and we were constantly kept updated on how things were going. We were looked after by Sabina who was fantastic.

I was initially a little bit anxious about the fact that Sabina was new in the office. I needn't have worried. She and her team bent over backwards to accommodate all our wishes. She was well organised, with attention to detail, but also had a warmth and gentle humour, very much appreciated by me at that difficult time. The funeral was a celebration, with happy memories.

Greg and his team were absolutely fantastic. I hadn’t organised a funeral before and they guided me through the whole process from start to finish, both professionally and with compassion. Nothing was too much effort. I now know why they have such great reviews, from first hand experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A very professional company with knowledgeable staff who kept us informed every step of the way. Dealt very quickly and compassionately with my sister and I and went out of their way to accommodate Dad's final requests. Shame they don't do online charitable donations.

The service provided by Northcott Brothers was excellent in every aspect, we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who has a family bereavement. Special mention should go to Greg and Sonia, who were both caring and professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. The funeral event itself was very well managed, with many thanks going to Zoe the Celebrant for her advice on preparing for the service, which was carried out with exactly the right tone and level of respect for the occasion.

I have only got praise for the outstanding service provided by Northcott Brothers. From the initial sympathetic discussions about what we wanted from their services, which they then actually delivered, we were always kept informed in a caring but efficient way. They took away the stress of organising my mother's funeral arrangements and replaced it with a trustworthy and helpful service.

From the first moment I walked in their welcoming door, distressed and with no idea what we needed to do now for Mum, I and our family have been guided through the whole process with the utmost professionalism and true compassion. Sonia and Kirsty have led us through these difficult weeks, and the many choices to be made, with both great sensitivity and attention to detail. In addition to our scheduled meetings, they were always on hand to help and reassure, and we - and Mum- couldn't have been in better hands. As for the day itself, the service sheets and the flowers were truly beautiful, and the service itself, including the transport, was managed superbly and with their characteristic sensitivity and professionalism; sincere thanks also to Simon for his overseeing on the day. We really can't praise them enough!
