Rachel in the Plymstock branch was great. Approached the planning meetings with a balance of sincerity and sensitively whilst maintaining a professional and business like manor. Rachel gave some good advice and seemed to know the right words to say at the right time. Rachel was always quick to return calls.
One point for improvement is in the tiny detail. When clarifying the small details and remembering small changes - if that had been done then I would have given an excellent !

The service we were given for my mums funeral was really truly excellent, despite the original director having to cancel due to covid and another member of staff taking over from her more or less last minute.
Mum arrived at my house which was not expected, I think fate took a hand in this event and I realised that I should have planned for it as she spent many a time here with us when Dad past, and not followed what we planned with Sarah. The respect that was given due to us wanting to go to the care home and past our family home too which had to be sold to fund the care home, at all three director walked in front of the hearse and paused, it was so unexpected for it to happen to each, but was a really lovely gesture. I would highly recommend Co-op Funeral Care. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

Co-op Funeral Care made it all about mum. You can have as simple or detailed ceremony as you want. They treated mum with great kindness and explained everything to us on the day. Their care made it easier for us.
