I cannot fault Co-Op Funeralcare for all their help in organising the funeral of my Dad Colin Groves. Sarah & Natalie were lovely and very helpful considering we live in Plymstock but wanted the funeral in Guildford. Everything went to plan and the service was beautiful. I would also like to mention Dean (Co-Op Funeralcare Guildford) who ensured everything ran smoothly on the day itself.

Thank you all for ensuring we had nothing to worry about on what was a sad occasion.

The staff at this funeral directors went above and beyond to help me with my Mum’s funeral arrangements. I live 5 hours drive away from Plymouth and all the arrangements had to be done over the phone. Rachel, Sarah and Natalie are the most lovely, polite and helpful people I have met in a very long time.

Truly outstanding service at every level. We cannot praise their professionalism and attention to detail enough. They ensured that every single detail of the funeral was looked after with precise care and attention, and on a personal level, they quickly put us at ease by explaining how they would look after all the arrangements. At a time when we were deeply upset and stressed, they were extremely understanding, and quickly put our minds at rest.
