Matt & the Team went above and beyond for my Dad's funeral & myself, to the point, they felt like friends. You guys will always hold a place in my heart.

Most things were really good. Couple of things that family found a bit frustrating - we were unable to find an alternative date for the funeral so all the family could attend due to availablility of the funeral directors and cars (these are operated as a pool). There wasn't an option for the funeral directors to handle charity donations, post-funeral, as they have changed their policy. Wasn't a huge problem but just meant more the family had to do to set up an alternative.

We as a family personally asked for Nick Baker and his team to arrange the funeral of our beloved Aunty Pearl. We would highly recommend them for the excellent service, compassion and after care for the family. Also for the dignity and care that was provided to our Aunty. A massive thank you to all including Wendy the celebrant who went above and beyond to give Aunty Pearl a magnificent send off.
