Arranged long-distance, Crownhill Funeralcare did a fabulous job managing Mum's funeral in the way I wanted, including the design of the Order of Service. Sarah, the Conductor on the day was inclusive and respectful, as was our driver which helped enormously. The care offered by the whole team was greatly appreciated and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

What you need when someone passes away , is an excellent service and caring people to help you. This is exactly what I received on the death of my mother recently. They helped me every step of the way and nothing was any trouble for them.
I want to thank Matthew especially on the day of the funeral. He was excellent , right there by my side helping and guiding us through close by but not in the way .

Suzy (funeral director) understood our difficult time and do her best to smooth the process. I have support from the funeral celebrant and BSL interpreter. Suzy set up Teams meeting with BSL interpreter for the recap. Thank you to Suzy for her patience and work together.

Ben (Basset) dealt with the affairs of both my mother and my my father ( 18 months previously) . Both funerals were handled respectfully , thoughtfully and diligently with a couple of “added touches” which enhanced what could I otherwise have been a difficult day.
