From the moment I made contact with Co-operative funeral care in Crownhill Plymouth I was shown kindness and compassion. This level of care continued from the moment I made contact for the collection my dad's body from the care home where he passed away until the time I collected his ashes. Nothing was too much trouble for the team to ensure our wishes were carried out to the full.
My family can not thank them enough for making this very sad time in our lives more tolerable.

They were kind and respectful throughout the whole process. Everything was clear and explained perfectly. They made a day that was never going to be nice as good as it could be and enabled us to give mum a send off she deserved. Have sadly used them now for both my parents and definitely no regrets. The service we recieved was exceptional. Samantha talked and explained every detail. Nothing was to much trouble not just from SM but the whe team at Morsehead rd. Matt and the team was also exceptional on day. He explained we could take as long as we looking at the flowers before going in the cars. Then they were so kind at the cemetry to the whole family. We would highly recommend them
