Matt Lake was really kind and thoughtful on the day of the funeral all the staff attending were very caring as I was very very upset over the death of my father also after the funeral matt put my mother and farthers ashes together for me very caring and nothing was too much trouble excellent service for coop crownhill thankyou

Staff were very professional and supportive,Matt Gill especially who was our point of contact and answered any queries we had and offered suggestions to tailor the day specifically as we wanted it. All members of staff were very respectful on the day of the funeral and ensured everything went according to our wishes. We can’t thank them enough.
