The Coop have been very efficient every step of the way from start to finish. They have always been sensitive to our needs, very accommodating, very caring and extremely efficient. They have always been in touch with us, I have not had to persue them about anything, which left us feeling very reassured about all of the arrangements. Even when I arranged to visit mum whilst in the Chapel of Rest, this was arranged and accommodated at at very short notice. It was no trouble for the staff at Crownhill. Everything was so dignified, the room in which I visited mum was beautifully presented, very calming. All the staff who tended to us on the day of mum's Funeral were amazing. Very professional, very caring, very sensitive, very pleasant. All in all Co-op Funeral Care have provided an excellent service for our family from start to finish. Our dear mum has been cared for in the best hands on her final journey. Thank you.

From start to finish the care we received and the communication was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to support our family through this sad time. They were very accommodating and was on hand whenever we needed help and advice. I was even supported by a staff member when I entered to see my loved one at rest.

We had a double funeral for Mum and Dad ...the staff were amazing everything we asked for was done I cannot fault anything everyone commented on how lovely everything went at the service 10/10

Absolutely 💯 per cent perfect. Everybody at the co op was kind dignified and so respectful. Losing a loved one is so distressing. But the staff made funeral arranging so much easier than I expected with their kindness .

Matt Lake the funeral director was excellent. Discussed and asked exactly what we wanted and arranged everything with us. Kept us up to date on progress as we delayed funeral so as not to fall on birthdays. Everything was just perfect on the day. People who attended said it was the best funeral they had been to,captured my wife spot on.

Such a sad occasion for me and the mourners but the Celebrant Penny, Matt, Gary and Rebecca and others made everything run smoothly with support throughout.
