Thank you very much for your caring service which is seamlessly organised, covering all of the arrangements from the legal necessities through to the beautiful flowers.  The team at Crownhill took the pressure off us making a difficult day more bearable.  All the staff we met were superb, particular thanks to Matt and Matt and Stanley our driver and to Emma our celebrant who pitched the service just right.

Everything was perfect.Staff were very helpful ,polite and professional I was very impressed with the help and guidance given in respect of the whole service procedures, especially the musical recordings used at the service.I would certainly recommend this funeral service for anyone looking for quality and perfection.

The team was excellent they informed me of all the different options,the entire process was explained. The order of service booklet with my mothers photographs, and decorated with flowers was perfect. the celebration of my mother was organised by the team and was carried out on the day with compassion.

Being unable to contact the Crownhill office directly and having to be routed through a call centre is far from ideal and not what I had expected from the Coop. For my request for call backs not to be responded to just compounded the situation. of my 5 calls during office hours 3 went through the call centre and in the end I had to visit the branch to get my questions answered.

The professionalism of the Coop Funeral Care was excellent. Very helpful, caring, sensitive and dignified throughout all our contact with staff. From organising the Funeral to the last detail through to the actual day of the Funeral everything went seamlessly. The undetakers on the day were very professional and amicable, they were excellant.

Matt Gill was absolutely amazing, he couldn't do enough to help us, even helped while he was on annual leave. I'm just a bit disappointed with the service from the company, the music wasn't sorted until the Friday before and there was very little communication during the week before my Husbands funeral. We had to push and ask for the live link, what we were to do with the flowers and the orders of service and we then had to contact Matt on his annual leave.
Thank you ever so much Matt! You pulled it together on the day!!
