At a difficult time, Nick and his team were very understanding and empathetic. Always happy to answer questions, but also very good at anticipating queries and providing the information needed.
Would definitely use again - although (and meant in the nicest way) hopefully not for a while yet!

I feel the Funeral Director could have displayed more empathy to the situation and taken action on queries raised as opposed to us chasing and needing to follow up multiple times.

The directors at the Co-Op in Crownhill were outstanding

From the 1st appointment through to my mums crematorian was fantastic, they were very professional, sympathetic, very helpful and made a very sad experience bearable.

The respect they showed mum whilst in her care was second to none, as we're they when we came to see mum at rest.
They listened to everything we asked for and went above and beyond.

We would highly recommend their services.

The celebrant they suggested , Vickie, visited us at home and she delivered the service amazingly, it was like she had known mum personally, she was also very professional
