We were attended to with great care and support. Our funeral director guided us through the process with patience and sympathy and he sorted out every detail to lighten the burden and make the whole thing as smooth as possible. Couldn't recommend them more for their services.

The service we received was both compassionate and efficient.  We wanted mums funeral by the end of the year and Ben managed to arrange it all for us even though it was difficult with Christmas being in the middle of making the arrangements.  Ben phoned me frequently to keep me updated on arrangements

The most wonderful group of people I have dealt with in many years. Kind, considerate and looked after me in such a difficult time. I can never thank Ben, Jodie and Sam enough for all they have done and especially going out of their way to make sure my partner's remains came home on Christmas Eve as I had truly hoped.

It was the most upsetting time for us losing our Dad and Co op funeral care in Crownhill Plymouth were such a help to us.
They were professional, understanding, helpful, led us through the whole process showing respect and care. I really couldn’t have asked for a better service.
They gave my Dad the service he deserved which was tailored to his wishes. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
I would like to mention Rachel, Suzy, Ben and Harvey as they dealt with us personally and we couldn’t have got through it without them. Thank you so much.
My Dad’s cortège was absolutely so special and they did everything we asked for and with the upmost respect. Thank you to all who helped us through this distressing and difficult time.

What excellent service we received from Ben and his team. There was a distance between our service user Tony and his family who live in Australia.

Ben communicated with everyone well and made all requests possible. Ben also made suggestions which made the service even more special and personalised.

When talking about Tony Ben made it feel that he knew him just as long as we did and felt he went above and beyond to make the day as smooth as possible.

The service provided for my Mum was excellent. A dignified collection - Ali and Jac were extremely sensitive to family requirements, a full explanation of events from Ben, and the limousine drivers, Kelly and Claire were thoughtful, even wearing pink ties, which was quite touching.

Arrangements were made to meet the florist (a wonderful display), and the celebrant, who provided exactly what was required. The organist played his part, and was in good voice.

We could not have wished for better, as Ben had also looked after my Dad.
