I highly rate and would strongly recommend the Crownhill, Co-op funeral service. They are very caring and straightforward in the planning and running of the funeral. The website and brochures are very clear and transparent in terms of what is available and pricing. Ben Basset who looked after my mum from January until the funeral last week was very clear with me in the organisation and also assisted me with 3rd parties. They are very caring, very efficient and the funeral itself went very smoothly without hitch. If you want clear and well planned funeral, with transparent pricing, customisation to your needs and a caring demenor then this is the funeral director for you. I sadly had need for their services twice in the past 2 years and both times they were excellent. I HIGHLY RATE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Ben could not have been more helpful and understanding during the whole funeral process. He showed such warmth and compassion and was able to balance this with practicality and organization and helped make sure the whole day went exactly according to plan with as little as possible stress for us. Both my brother Lawrie and I would like to express our sincerest thanks to him for going so out of his way to help us right up to and after the funeral itself. He really could not have done a better job and left us both extremely impressed

I would like to thank Co-op Funeral Home Crownhill for the excellent care shown towards myself and my husband, this was the hardest funeral that I have to arrange as it was for a very dear mum. From the time we walked into the building we treated with the greatest curtsy and kindness from Rachel Cairns,, I have appreciated that no matter what I needed to ask Rachel was brilliant in explaining the course of action we needed to take, and all the help with paperwork was easy to understand.
This also extends to the day of the funeral, I felt so cared for by Ben and Rachel, and the service was conducted with dignity and respect. Thank you.

At such a truly sad time I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for myself and my family. Kind, caring and they have been with us every step of the way.
A special Thankyou to Matt Lake who helped me with my decision to see Dad one final time, as well as all the family. We are so glad that we did and he was there for us all every step of the way. 
When the time arises again we wouldn’t chose anywhere else.

All the arrangements were made from a distance by either telephone or email.
Despite my apprehension everything was just perfect with nothing left to chance.
The hymns, choral music and LiveLink  Video supplied by Obitus were excellent. The Organist was most professional and complimented the robust congregational
voices.
The Minister was of our choosing and was a friend of the deceased.

The yellow accessories he wore for the funeral to match our yellow rose story was so very thoughtfu, we were very moved by this. Thank you Ben from the bottom of our hearts.

From the moment I called to inform them of mums passing they have been so helpful, supportive and kind. They made myself and brother feel really comfortable when arranging the funeral. Everything ran smooth. No issue or question was a problem. They accommodated us so well.
