Stephen and his team were exceptional in every aspect of care, support and professionalism throughout. They made me at ease and genuinely cared for my welfare. I couldn't have wished for anything more, it was all perfect ... I was asked if I was okay every step of the way. The care and respect for my mum was superb.

I would like the feedback to go as high as it can go. They deserve commendation for the service they provided .

I reviewed this particular branch elsewhere.  The Co-op generally seems to have mixed reviews but I used them for my mother and for the recent Direct Cremation of a neighbour.

We conducted everything by email and phone and it  couldn’t  have gone any better.

They didn’t try to upsell which I appreciated.

As far as Paignton branch is concerned I recommend them.  I paid just over £1,000 which was do-able as I had to pay as bank account frozen  awaiting probate.

My Mum had a pre-paid funeral plan which was complied with perfectly. The team, especially Jen, were kind and very efficient. The Celebrant was very understanding and caring. All in all an excellent send off for our dear Mum.

I can’t praise Jen and the team at the co op highly enough. From our first meeting until the ride back home in the limousine  after mums beautiful funeral service the support and guidance we received was excellent. It takes a special person to offer compassion and sensitivity at such a sad time and the coop thankfully have those people. I must also mention Sharon Wines the celebrant recommended by Jen. Her delivery of mum’s eulogy was lovely and she made it sound very personal.
