Whilst helping us to arrange Howard's funeral Stephen, Jen and Hollie were helpful, friendly and courteous at all times. From the first telephone call and meeting at Dartmouth Road their professionalism and warmth took much of the stress out of what is a very difficult time. We wanted a Celebrant to take the service and Stephen suggested Charles. When we met to discuss the service, at the end of our meeting Charles summed Howard up in four words, it was as if he had known him.  We knew then with Stephen and Charles at the helm everything would be alright on the day. Our grateful thanks to all and thanks to Richard our driver.

I can't thank Stephen and the team at Paignton enough for their care and professionalism. They did everything they could to make Mum's funeral a wonderful experience and looked after her for us. Stephen never once tried to pressure us into spending more money than necessary and was there every step of the way. We didn't want to go to the crematorium but wanted to say goodbye to Mum the next day so we waited outside the Torquay Funeral home at 7am for Mum's hearse to come out and the lady there brought us all a hot cuppa !! She then came out and told us Mum was ready. WeIl, l was blown away and I know Mum would have been so pleased. It looked so beautiful, the sleek silver grey hearse was lit up inside and Mum's coffin with her big floral display on top looked so stunning. It was such a great feeling to know we'd given her the send off she deserved with the help of all the lovely people at the Co Op

Firstly we wish to thank Stephen at the Paignton Co-op Funeral Home for his professional and courteous service during a very stressful time, he was also very considerate, and caring in his attitude and attention to all our needs. If he did not know immediately the answer to some of our questions, he found out quickly for us and let us know what was happening at all times. The funeral itself was done in a very caring and professional manner and the staff are to be commended for their attitude to all those who are dealing with sad and stressful issues, the service was well done and the room was perfect. We cannot praise the staff at the Paignton office highly enough especially Stephen who made us feel that we meant something more than just another funeral arrangement, you should be proud of your staff and we would highly recommend this facility to any friends or family as an exemplary place to go in their time of need.

Jenny is a very professional, calm, kind and caring lady. She helped as through our difficult time, guiding us, step by step and treating us with compassion and thoughtfulness at a time when we needed it the most. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Jenny listened to what we wanted and went out of her way to insure that everything was in place on the day. We could not have asked for the day to have gone any better. A very professional service and a big thank you for making our sad day so special.

The support we received from both Jen and Stephen during the arranging of our Mum's funeral was outstanding. From the moment we arranged the funeral to the actual day we were treated so well. Stephen was excellent at making all the arrangements as per our mum's wishes and guided us through every thing we needed.
On the day of the funeral, Jen was fantastic and guided us through every step with care and dignity. She made a very difficult day far easier than we ever expected it to me. The recommendation and arranging of Sharon as the Officiant for the funeral was perfect and she also did everything to make the process as easy as possible. We would highly recommend the team at Co-op funeral care, Paignton. Thank you for everything.
