This was the first time I have had to arrange a funeral.
The staff at Co-op Funeralcare, Paignton were wonderful. They were so caring and empathetic and gently talked us through the whole process.
They took all the worry and concerns off us by arranging everything from the collection of Mum right through to the cars, music and order of service.
Everything ran very smoothly on the day and the family appreciated everything the team did for us.
I would highly recommend them.

I could not have wished for a better service from everyone involved with mums funeral, from beginning to end. Absolutely wonderful staff, thank you for making this upsetting time go smoothly. Following the death of my mother my elderly father was at his most vulnerable. I didn't know what to expect as I've only attended a couple weeks f funerals and I was quite anxious However all of my fears were needless From the initial meeting to go through my mum's plans with the greatest care and sensitivity to the dedication of staff throughout including ensuring the music and words included in the order of service were accurate As a family we really felt supported throughout this sad time and nothing was too much trouble The whole experience has made me consider arranging a funeral plan. Thank you all for the dignity care and respect shown to my mother and support for my dad

I could not recommend the team anymore highly! They are all very professional but so accommodating & caring to a fault! A special Thankyou to Jenny who from the start put me at ease & made a difficult time much easier! I have to give an extra special mention to Michelle Parfitt whom I felt took so much care & time with me it was like a having good friend by my side to share the burden! Thankyou to All of You  X

We cannot fault the service we received from everyone. The added bonus was having the funeral in their own Chapel Of Rest which was a calming and intimate place.
Everything was organised perfectly, including getting an excellent celebrant in Charles. Mum was given a lovely send off.
