Good professional service through out. Always rang on a Friday to see if everything was ok and no questions I wanted answering! It would have been good if an online memorial site was available were people could leave a message and donate to our chosen charity. We have no way of knowing who donated and thanking people and letting them know a final total!

We were looked after from the very outset, everyone we dealt with was very approachable and respectful. Gary in particular on the actual day was exceptional. No request was a problem, constantly checking we were okay and happy and going out his way to make sure everything went smoothly.

Mark from the Co-op was a fantastic help in guiding us through organising George's funeral.
He was very responsive to suggestions and ensured that everything went by without a hitch on the day.
He also found us an excellent minister during a time when most were away.
We could not be more pleased.

The help I received at your Newton Abbot branch was excellent. The only problem I had was your branch at Raynes Park closed without notice, just as I had made contact with them. (The funeral was near Raynes Park). No emails were forwarded and your call centre took over a week to realise that Raynes Park was closed! It was a little worrying at the time but your Newton Abbot branch came to the rescue and organised everything.

From the first phone call from Mark, to picking up my Mum's ashes from Sean, I was delighted with the service I received from the Newton Abbot branch. Sean was very clear about what the options were and what they meant, and he talked me through what would happen on the day with care and compassion.
