I was helped through the whole process of arranging a funeral for my beloved late wife. Each step was carefully explained which took away a lot of my concerns and worry. The recommended minister who conducted the service was perfect,as was the funeral director,Micheal on the day. Everything ran smoothly and to plan which was a great relief at a stressful and sad time. I am extremely grateful for the kindness,compassion and professionalism shown by all the members of staff I dealt with at the co-op funeral care at Newton Abbot. Many thanks to all

Everything was carefully explained to us and she made it clear that she was at the end of the phone if we needed her. We could not have recieved better service from Rachel and Lolly, they were professional, compassonate, friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure our mums funeral was all she wanted in her instructions. They treated mum with such respect and cared for her so beautifully. Jenny from Paignton branch was wonderful on the day of the funeral too.
I would highly recommend the Newton Abbot branch to anyone.

I could not have asked for better support than from  Michael, from co op funeral services, nothing was too much trouble for him. Mum had a beautiful send off, thanks to Michael and Lottie, they are so caring, considerate, kind, they made such a difficult time a lot easier to bare.
