Thank you for the way that you looked after my Dad and also the rest of the family. From the first time we came to the office, we were treated with the best of care and very professionally. Every aspect of my Dad's funeral was organised as discussed with the very professional ladies in Newton Abbot. At the funeral they took care of everything and made sure we were all OK.

Just excellent service. This is the second time I have used the Co-Op's services and as before faultless to a tee.
Dave and Claire took care of the removal of Mum's body from her flat, so kind and respectful, Lollie is front of house in Albany Street, very reassuring and extremely efficient, and Kat with her team of pall bearers on the day, again, very professional and compassionate. Can't thank you all enough for making a tough few days much easier. A pleasure to have met you all x

All the staff we had contact with were very helpful, caring and efficient with respect to the formalities.  Prior to and on the day,  Katherine ensured that we had immediate contact with her, if necessary. We were well informed and she ensured that everything went smoothly so there was nothing we had to worry about.
