The care & support given to myself & the whole family was excellent. Gillian could not have been more supportive, treating my father with dignity & helping us every step of the way, she is a credit to your company. The day of the funeral was without fault, David was extremely professional whilst keeping the personal touch that is so needed. I would not hesitate to recommend your services (although I hope I will not need them again personally!)

We have excellent service from Gillian at the Ivybridge branch. She has kept in touch and phoned when anything needing sorting. It was a smooth transition from start to finish. 
The Plympton care centre looked after Gary so well and made us welcome to visit him. Nothing was to much trouble by anyone of the staff members. All were caring towards Gary and ourselves

Gillian was very professional and caring.  We tailored my mum’s funeral to our requirements.  Richard was our funeral director on the day of the funeral and everything was perfect.  The funeral staff were very respectful and caring.

I would like to say how very pleased I was from the start of organising my mums funeral to the completion. Gillian was very attentive along with David at the funeral, I would also like to thank all the funeral team for wearing red ties and the young man who wore a red red on his lapel thank you so much a lovely gesture.
