The funeral arrangements were handled with great efficiency and the costs clearly indicated beforehand. What made a difference was the kindness and sensitivity shown by Sadie Clay and colleagues, who coped well with the barrage of emotions, from weeping to jokes to last minute requests.

From the initial phone call, everything was dealt with sympathetically & professionally. I was kept regularly updated. Paul in Exmouth was great & guided me through the process. Can’t fault them. Thank you for making a difficult time that little bit easier.

Sadie was so helpful and understanding, nothing was to much trouble. She took all the stress of organising everything away.

All the people involved in organising the funeral of Ken Lawson showed great respect (of Ken) and directed his funeral service on Tuesday in an efficient and warm way. We felt very happy with how the service went and that was in no small part down to Sadie, the funeral director.
We also felt that Pam was warm and friendly when discussing things in the office.
